About the Role


As Headteacher, you will;


  • Lead and manage the internal organisation, ensuring the school’s vision and ethos inspire students, staff, and the wider community.

  • Oversee the delivery of a broad, balanced curriculum tailored to meet diverse student needs, fostering both academic excellence and personal growth.

  • Work collaboratively with other Headteachers and leaders across the organisation to share best practices and improve outcomes.

  • Serve as an ambassador for the school, maintaining strong relationships with parents, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
