Location: Midlands and North-West
Salary: £65,000 – £72,000 (dependent on experience)

As a Quality Improvement Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest educational standards for children and young people. This role involves working closely with senior school leaders and their teams to improve educational outcomes for students with special educational needs, including autism spectrum conditions and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs.


Key Requirements for the Role


  • In-depth knowledge of the Ofsted educational framework.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proven ability to drive quality improvement.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to analyse information and present findings in an accessible format.

  • Confidence to challenge and influence change.

  • A genuine passion for improving education and student outcomes.

  • Ability to manage multiple school improvement projects simultaneously.

This role will support schools in North Warwickshire, Nottingham, Manchester, and Liverpool. The ideal candidate will be based within reasonable travel distance of these locations to allow for regular school visits. The role may also require travel to other sites for meetings, training, and conferences.

About You


We are looking for a dedicated and experienced senior leader, such as a Headteacher or Deputy Headteacher, who has worked within independent special schools or mainstream settings. You will bring a strong understanding of quality improvement processes and a commitment to driving high standards across multiple schools.
